Strawberry Candy

A vibrant cup with the sweet and tangy acidity of 
strawberries, notes of strawberry candy and jam,
 and the deep sweetness of dark chocolate.
Hints of grape and purple-blue tropical fruit 
like blueberries add dimension, creating a complex 
and layered cup.
Produced through yeast-fermentation 
using Castillo variety beans grown in the 
Huila region of Colombia.

Suitable for filter and espresso.
