This coffee is grown in the highlands of the Quindío region in Colombia and is produced from the Caturra variety.
It undergoes a special honey strawberry processing method, where freshly harvested coffee cherries are combined with strawberries and fermented for 72 hours under anaerobic conditions.
During this process, the strawberry flavors naturally infuse into the coffee, enhancing its inherent sweetness and creating a deeper, more vibrant taste experience.
The final cup showcases complex notes of strawberry, raspberry, yogurt, and white chocolate, offering a fresh fruitiness and creamy texture with every sip.
Its well-balanced and naturally blended profile ensures a clean and intuitive flavor without any artificial aftertaste.
Suitable for filter and espresso.
